Lyla Lynn Fish, 57, of Pella, Iowa, died Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 23, at McCalley-Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with Deacon Justin Tibben officiating. Burial was in the Winterset Cemetery. Memorials given to the family will be directed to the Lyla Fish Memorial.
Lyla was born on Nov. 28, 1954, at Winterset to Lyle and Barbara Jean (Silverthorn) Fish. She was raised in Winterset and had lived the past 18 years in Pella. She worked for Christian Opportunities in Pella as a package assembler for Pella Windows. She attended the First United Methodist Church while living in Winterset and attended Bible studies while living in Pella.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bobbi McNamara.
Lyla is survived by her father, Lyle Fish and wife Betty of Winterset; stepfather, Michael John McNamara of Winterset; sisters, Connie Bindel of Winterset, Vicki Tibben of Des Moines, and Toni Moon of Winterset; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by McCalley-Collins Funeral Home in Winterset.

Visitation will be Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. at McCalley-Collins Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Memorials given to the family will be directed to Camp Sunnyside.
