Dwight L. “Ike” Baker, 37, of 3812 82nd St., Urbandale, died of a heart ailment Tuesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Westover Funeral Home. Burial will be in North McDonald Cemetery near Winterset.

Mr. Baker was a lifelong Des Moines area resident and had been a production worker at Deere & Co. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Iowa Trappers Association and United Auto Workers union.

Surviving are his wife, Sally Ann; two daughters, Emily Baker and Christine Baker, and a son, Reid, all at home; his parents, Dwight and Wilma Baker of Des Moines; and a brother, Michael, and a sister, Gina Miller, both of Urbandale.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
