Shirley A. Daye, 52, of 1506 13th St. died of a heart ailment Thursday at University Hospitals in Iowa City. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. Burial will be in Hamblin Cemetery near Macksburg.

Mrs. Daye was born in Winterset and had lived in Des Moines for 30 years. She had been a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Russell of Des Moines; two daughters, Linda Rinard of Winterset and Tone Irene Madsen of Little Rock, Ark.; two brothers, Larry Berry of Winterset and Leslie Berry of Lincoln, Neb.; a sister, Barbara Faux of Winterset; and six grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
