Mrs. Myrtle Mathis Missildine died suddenly on June 3d at the Lutheran hospital in Des Moines. She was the wife of Attorney C. S. Missildine and leaves three children besides her husband.
Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson Mathis of Elkhart, lived four miles north of Winterset from 1895 to 1900. The Missildine family came to Union township in 1869, residing there for many years.
Burial took place in Elkhart Sunday, J. T. Hall and S. B. Johnson of Winterset, with their families attending the funeral services.
