Metro pg 7ST. CHARLES, IA.—Services for Harold Raymond Mogensen, 61, of rural St. Charles, formerly of Des Moines, who died of a brain aneurysm Saturday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Charles.
Mr. Mogensen was born in Swea City and lived in Des Moines most of his life. He moved to St. Charles eight years ago. In 1975, he retired after 25 years as a Des Moines police officer. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the Lion’s Club in St. Charles
Survivors include his wife, Marian; two daughters, Becky Allen of Tulsa, Okla., and Debbie McCollough of Des Moines; two brothers, George of Bancroft and Lawrence of Denver, Colo.; three sisters, Ellen Fielding of Pontiac, Mich., Nora Mogensen of Bancroft and Myrna Feldmann of Forest City; and four grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 17, at the Southtown Funeral Home in Des Moines for Harold Raymond Mogensen, 61, rural St. Charles, who died Saturday, Sept. 14, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Burial was at the St. Charles Cemetery.
Mr. Mogensen was born in Swea City and lived in Des Moines most of his life. He moved to St. Charles eight years ago. In 1975, he retired after 25 years as a Des Moines police officer. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the St. Charles Lions Club.
