RAYMOND AGAN, TEXAS

Raymond Agan was born July 8, 1919 in Marion County Iowa to Charles and Clara Vanatta Agan. Raymond passed away peacefully at the age of 92 with family at his side December 31, 2011.

Raymond married Mary Lou Boyce December 26, 1940 and had two children, Charla and John.

Raymond earned a PhD in Education at Missouri State University in 1953. He taught at Oregon State, Kansas State and Sam Houston State University. He retired from Sam Houston State University.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

He is survived by his daughter and husband Charla and Bill Schappel, Son and wife John and Paula Agan and numerous grandchildren and special friend Wilma Morton.

Burial will be in Winterset, Iowa at a later date.
