Services for Herman M. Brennan, 74, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Carlisle, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Richardson Funeral Home in Carlisle, with burial in the Earlham Cemetery at Earlham.

Mr. Brennan died of a heart attack Sunday at Naples Community Hospital in Naples. He had been ill about a month.

A retired telephone worker, Mr. Brennan was born in Galt and lived Carlisle since 1930. He moved to Naples in 1967 and was a member of the Marble Masonic Lodge at Carlisle and Carlisle Chapter 521 of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving are his wife, Myrtle; a daughter, Mrs. Jeri Gonzales of Cedar Rapids; three brothers, Carl of Belmond, William of Manly and Leo of Carlisle; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Scott of Waterloo, Mrs. Rose Dettman of Belmond, Mrs. Adeline Rehard of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., and Mrs. Madeline Klingman of Wadena, and two grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Naples Community Hospital at Naples, Fla.
