Charles Rogan died Thursday afternoon at his home in Earlham after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at the Catholic church in Winterset and burial was made in the Dexter cemetery. Mr. Rogan is survived by his wife and one daughter, Maxine.

Chas. Rogan died at his home in Earlham, Thursday, September 11. He had been in poor health for the past seventeen years. He was born in Douglas township and worked on the farm until his marriage when he became manager of the Pitzer telephone company. Later he managed the telephone office in Dexter. He was engaged in this business for twenty-three years. He was fifty-eight years old at the time of his death.

Charles Rogan, 53-year-old resident of Earlham, died Thursday at his home following an extended period of ill health.
Mr. Rogan was a well known farmer, having made that his lifetime occupation and lived on farms near Earlham and Dexter.
Requiem High Mass was read Saturday morning at 9:30 by Rev. William Hahessy, at St. Joseph’s Catholic church. Burial was made near Dexter.
He is survived by his wife, two brothers, James and Waldron Rogan of Winterset; three sisters, Alice Rogan and Mrs. Elizabeth Perry of Winterset and Mrs. Matt Perkins of Des Moines.
