Page 1MRS. MAUDE MOORMAN DIES IN WISCONSIN
Truro (Special) Mrs. Maude Moorman, a life-long resident of Madison county until three years ago, died at Rick Lake, Wis., on Oct. 3, it was reported here this week. She was 61 years of age.
Mrs. Moorman was the former Maude Annette Middleton, and was born in Truro, on Feb. 27, 1879. She was married to Thomas C. Moorman in Winterset on Oct. 15, 1901. They were the parents of one son, Wendell Guy Moorman, now of Minong, Wis., with whom she had been making her home.
Mrs. Moorman is survived by her husband, her son; and a sister, Mrs. Carrie Sheldon of Dallas, Tex.
Funeral services were held from the Presbyterian church at Minong on Oct. 6 in charge of the pastor, the Rev. Van Gilder. Burial was made in Minong.
