EVERETT DENTON

Mr. and Mrs. James Osborne of Ames, came Thursday, being called here by the death of their son in law, Everett Denton, who was instantly killed by lightning Tuesday at the home of his father, Barney Denton. Everett and his father had taken refuge in the barn during the electric storm. Lightning struck the barn, causing Everett's death. Some damage was done to the barn and a horse was also killed.
