Word was received Monday morning of the death of Mrs. Ruby Diggs Patterson, who died in the hospital at Oskaloosa of pneumonia, following an operation several weeks ago.
Mrs. Patterson was a bride of only a few months. She has many friends and relatives in Earlham, having graduated from the academy two years ago this spring. Her life has been one that will live on because of her strong Christian character. Burial was at the Earlham Cemetery.
