Page 1Death of WILLIAM NICHOLL
The three year old son of Frank and Nellie Nicholl died suddenly on March 1st, 1918. The little boy had an attack of infantile paralysis a year and a half ago, which left him a semi-invalid. He had been playing about the house the day before his death, seemingly as well as usual.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at the home, conducted by Rev. W. J. Stewart.

William Nicholl, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Nicholl, was born at Farlin, Iowa, January 2, 1915 and died at his home March 1, 1918.
The funeral was conducted by Rev. Stewart at the home Saturday morning. Interment made in the Rock City cemetery.
________________________Coordinator's note: Middle and last name taken from Calhoun County Birth Record which shows his birth to be January 24, 1915. His surname and date of birth are also confirmed on his Iowa Death Certificate.
