Bush Death in Clarke County

James Lloyd Bush, a rural resident of Murray, Iowa born in Madison County, died Friday, August 15, 1975 at the age of 55. His death took place at the Clarke County Hospital, Osceola, Iowa.

Mr. Bush was born August 27, 1919, the son of James Bush and Beulah White Bush. He was educated in the Madison County schools and on September 16, 1939 he was married to Ivadell Dodds in Grant City, Mo. Four children were born to the couple.

A farmer during his active life, Mr. Bush is survived by his wife, Ivadell of Murray, Iowa, a daughter, Mrs. Gordon (Sandra) Kennedy of Bedford, Iowa, a son, Randy Bush of Truro, Iowa and five grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and two sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Bush raised a nephew with their family, Raymond Crocheck.

Mr. Bush was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jim and daughter, Carolyn.

Funeral services for James Lloyd Bush were conducted Monday, August 18, 1975 at 1:30 p.m. from the Christian Church of Truro with burial at the Hartman Cemetery in Madison County. The Rev. Richard Hempenius officiated.
