ISABEL LOUISE NEHRING

Isabel Louise Nehring, daughter of Ludwig August Nehring and Rose Lima (Wiedmann) Nehring was born October 7, 1928 in Des Moines, Iowa and passed from this life Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Winterset Care Center South in Winterset, Iowa at 82 years of age.

Isabel graduated from St. Marys High School. She baby sat for a number of families and was a part-time telephone operator in St. Marys. She moved from rural St. Marys to St. Charles in 1978. She moved to Winterset in 2003. 

Isabel enjoyed embroidering and won blue ribbons at the Madison County Fair. She was a member of the St. Marys Community Club and Neighborhood Birthday Club. She was a member of the Red Hat Club in Winterset. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in St. Marys.

Those relatives who preceded Isabel in death were her parents, brother, Richard and his with Edith and nephew, Larry.

She leaves to cherish her memory; brother, Carl Nehring and his wife Pat of St. Charles; nephews, Chris (Cindy) Stephen, Michael (Betty) Nehring, as well as other relatives and many friends.

Visitation:
Open visitation after Noon on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola, Iowa. Family will be present to greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 Wednesday evening. Rosary Services will be 7:00 P.M. Wednesday evening at Kale Funeral Home.

Service:
Funeral Mass - Thursday - September 1, 2011 - 10:00 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Church in St. Marys, Iowa
