Lee Township - ROSE HALL

People in Churchville and for many miles around, were pained to hear of the death on July 4th of Rose Hall, a young lady of great worth and of splendid character. She was born and raised near Churchville and had made school teaching her profession.

The funeral was held from the church Saturday morning and the love and respect in which she was held, was attested by the concourse of people which followed her to her last resting place.

Among those from a distance attending the funeral of Rose Hall were: Mrs. Kate Churchman of Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Hegar, J. C. Bussanmas, Mrs. E. P. Cody, Mrs. M. Gavin and daughter, Mary, Mrs. F. P. and J. T. McManus and Miss Hayden, all of Des Moines, and her brother, Charles of Templeton.
