Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Peters and sons, Kenneth and Vernon, of Keosauqua, and Mrs. H. D. Petersen, of Des Moines, came to the J. C. Cook home Saturday, and they with Mr. and Mrs. Cook drove to Winterset, to place the urn, containing the ashes of their mother, who died July 23, in Kansas City; it was her request that her body be cremated and her ashes be placed by the side of her husband, John Cook, in the cemetery at Winterset.
