Report of the death of Frank Melroy of Winterset, caused sadness to many people in this vicinity, as he was born and reared not far from Bevington and grew to manhood on the old homestead still occupied by his aged mother. He was a fine young man and his relatives have the sympathy of a host of friends.
________________________Coordinator's note: Middle initial taken from 1910 Federal Census. There are claims that his true given names are "Francis Patrick" but no vital record evidence has been found to support it.
