Services for Fred Leeper, age 85 who passed away early Saturday morning in the Methodist hospital in Des Moines after a lingering illness were held Monday afternoon at the Evans Funeral Home in Dexter. Interment was at Penn Center.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Conkey of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Orville Maulsby, Chicago and Mrs. Essie Moore, Dexter; also one brother, Frank of Dexter.

While in Dexter Mr. Leeper was a car dealer for a number of years.
