The little three months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Crede Estel died last Thursday night, October 14th, after a short illness. The child was born July 6th and had been in good health until about a week ago, when it became ill with bowel trouble.
Services were held at the home Saturday morning at 10 o’clock, before going to Webster, where the funeral was conducted by Rev. F. Clare McCallon in the Methodist church. Interment was made in the Roberts cemetery. The friends of the Estels extend them their sympathy. The baby is survived by its parents and two sisters, Margery and Leona.

Pg 10Clyde Jay, infant son of Crede and Vivian Estel, was born in Winterset July 6th, 1926, and passed away after a brief illness on October 14th, aged three months and eight days. The little life with his baby smiles came as a ray of sunshine into the home, warming and brightening the lives of the others and his going leaves a pathway of light which, though seen through tears, is like a rainbow of hope reaching from earth to heaven.
Short services, conducted by Rev. F. Clare McCallon, were held Saturday morning at 10 o’clock at the home before going to Webster, where funeral services were conducted by Rev. McCallon. Interment was made in the Roberts cemetery.
