Clarence Elmer Welty, son of Emanuel and Eliza Walm Welty, was born in Madison county, Iowa, January 22, 1888 and died of heart failure at his home near Appleton, Minn., October 31, 1915.
He united with the Oak Grove church about six years ago. He leaves a mother, 4 brothers, 3 sisters and many friends to mourn his loss. His father and 2 sisters have gone on before. We in this land of tears humbly bow to our Heavenly Father's Will believing that he doeth all things well.
