Ezekiel Jeremiah Robinett was born to Jeremiah and Margaret Robinett at St. Charles, Iowa, May 18, 1869. He learned the blacksmith’s trade, and in this capacity he rendered excellent service to his community for a number of years.

He died Dec. 5th, about 8 a.m., at Patterson, where he had made his home for a number of years, aged 55 years, 7 months and 9 days. He is survived by one brother, George Robinett, one half-brother, Grove Robinett; seven nephews and three nieces.

Funeral services were held at the home of Mrs. Bruce at Patterson, interment at the St. Charles cemetery.
