Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Liner, of Cove, who died Wednesday morning, was held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Cove Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Mrs. L. Dorothy Lester officiating. Burial in Pleasant Grove cemetery was directed by the Beasley - Wood Funeral Home.
The pallbearers were Joe Allen, C. R. Plunkett, Owen Fortner, William Hicks, Ed Ricks, D. E. Barton, D. O. Dover, Walter Mease and Charlie Daniels.
Mrs. Liner was born April 10, 1885 at Winterset, Iowa. She was married to S. C. Liner, Sept. 7, 1910, at Old Cove. She was a member of the Cove Presbyterian Church.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Liner is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Floyd Clements, Mrs. Thomas Hammonds, Vandervoort; two sons, Kenneth Liner, Hatton, Ark.; and Wight Liner, Little Rock; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
__________________Transcriber's note: Susie was the wife of Samuel Clements Liner. She was the daughter of George W. and Susan Cordelia (Ettien) Wight and died Feb. 10, 1960.
