Dorothy Marie Ellis, 75, of Rogers, AR, died October 15, 2010, in Rogers, AR. She was born in 1934 in Carr, CO, to Oren and Lula Clements.Dorothy, moved from Carr, CO, to Earlam, IA, as a child, and attended school in Winterest, IA, where she participated in basketball.
She worked for Iowa Blue Cross, and for the Des Moines, Iowa School District. She was involved in many ministries and was a caring volunteer.
Services were held 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2010, in Rogers, AR. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital . Arrangements by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
