Alice May Peacock, daughter of George Harlan and Maggie Peacock, was born April 23, 1913 and died Oct. 13, 1913, aged 5 months and 20 days.

She leaves to mourn her loss, father and mother, one sister, Gertrude, and one brother, Carl. The sympathy and prayers of the entire community are with these bereaved ones in the sad loss of their daughter and sister.

Funeral services were conducted at the home by Rev. J. A. Ross, of Lorimor, and interment was made in the cemetery at Peru. Beautiful hymns were sung by the Barney choir.

There were choice floral offerings, among which was a wreath of flowers presented as a token of love by the Yeoman lodge of Barney of which they were members.
