Victor Noel, the three months old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Poland, died Monday at their home in Douglas township, after an illness of a few hours. The funeral occurred this afternoon and interment was made in the Rock City cemetery. They sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved parents.

Victor Noel, the three months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Poland, of Douglas township, died on Monday afternoon. Although the baby had been subject to frequent attacks of indigestion, of late it seemed to be doing much better. Sunday night it became seriously ill and it gradually grew worse until its death about three o’clock Monday afternoon. A short funeral service was held at the home this afternoon, conducted by Rev. T. V. Dugan.
