Peru News - STEVE BLANCHARD

Steve Blanchard, an eccentric old man, who lived alone, was found early in the week at his wretched home in a helpless state from a paralytic stroke. He was taken to the home of his niece, Mrs. Alice Jacobs where he died Friday morning. Funeral services were held at Union Chapel, in Clarke county, conducted by Ad White.
