Tina Belle, as she was known by her family, was born February 14, 1963, in Dexter, IA, to Lloyd E. and Joy Louise Townsend Hutchins. Until the age of seven she lived with her family in rural Guthrie County before moving to Woodward where she lived until she was 18. She then made her home at a Dallas County Care Facility until 2008 when she moved to Winterset. Tina participated in the Special Olympic for several years before moving to Dallas County. After she moved to the Dallas County Care Facility she enjoyed working in the laundry department and helping with other various jobs. She enjoyed her animals, listening to music, dancing, and being around children, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her niece Janice.

She is preceded in death by her mother Joy Louise Hutchins and grandparents, Mary and Orville Hutchins and Eva and Edward Townsend.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved father, Lloyd E. Hutchins of Linden; three brothers, Lloyd Dwaine Hutchins and his wife Peggy of Linden, Ronald Edward Hutchins and his wife Pat of Stuart, and Steven Eugene Hutchins and his wife Diane of Adel; one uncle George Edward Hutchins of Redfield; nieces and nephew, Lisa Hutchins, Janice Hutchins- Greever and Jason Hutchins and a host of friends all of whom will miss her greatly.
