Services for Mrs. Leta M. Herr, 68, of 1265 E. Ninth st., who died of a heart ailment Saturday at Des Moines General Hospital, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Peoria Cemetery near Maxwell.
Mrs. Herr was born in Winterset and have lived in Des Moines for 30 years. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Martha L. Quinn of Des Moines; two sons, Marvin L. Phillips of Salisbury, Md., and Joe E. Herr of Omaha, Neb.; two sisters, Mrs. Floyd Steen of Winterset, and Mrs. Mabel Wheaton of Des Moines, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
