St. Charles -

Mr. Veazey was taken to Clarinda last winter for treatment, died Friday morning, September 19th. His remains were brought back here for burial and funeral services were held Saturday in the M.E. church by W. W. Wilkinson.

Note: He was a Civil War Veteran.
