Mary Ann Banks, 74, of Winterset died Feb. 25, 2010, at her home.

Mary Ann Banks was born Nov. 22, 1935, to Millard and Amanda (Beem) Allen in Iowa City. She was united in marriage to Jackie Banks.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; a brother, Richard Morse; and a sister, Corlee Coffey.
She is survived by three children — Lucretia Banks and Danny Banks, both of Winterset, and Michael Banks of Fowler, Calif.; a sister, Karen Sloat of Dallas, Texas; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her three children, Lucretia Banks and Danny Banks, both of Winterset and Michael Banks of Fowler, CA; six grandchildren, Michelle Carter, Michael Banks, Thomas Banks, Patrick Banks, Taylor Banks O’Riley, and Tyson Banks; three great-grandchildren, Miranda Carter, Kylie O’Riley, and Chase O’Riley; and one sister, Karen Sloat of Dallas, TX.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie; parents; brother, Richard Morse; and sister, Corlee Coffey.
