Death of J. C. Leeds

Word was received here Friday of the death of J. C. Leeds at Tulsa, Okla., from the effects of an operation performed for gall stones. Mr. Leeds is well known here as the husband of Josie Todd, who for so many years prior to her marriage, made her home with her uncle and aunt, Dr. and Mrs. Hinshaw. Mr. Leeds was a rising young attorney in the new and growing town of Tulsa and it is particularly sad that a career so full of promise was thus summarily cut off. Mrs. Leeds has the deepest sympathy of her many friends here in her bereavement.
