Mrs. Malvina Baker Lake died at her home on east Court avenue Thanksgiving day. She had been sick with pneumonia for two weeks, and on account of her advanced age could not resist the attack.
Her husband, Ashford Lake, passed to his reward only last week. The funeral occurred from the home Saturday afternoon. She was laid to rest in the Winterset cemetery.
