Thomas A. Stone, a former resident of this city, but of late years has made his home at Panora, this state, died Tuesday morning, June 2, aged 82 years. His remains were brought to this city Wednesday and were buried today from the home of his son, Henry at 10 a.m., Rev. McDowell officiating.

Mr. Thos. A. Stone, of Panora, formerly of this city, died at his home in the former named city Tuesday morning. The remains were brought to Winterset for burial today. At the time of his death Mr. Stone was 82 years of age.
