Mrs. Claude Hall died Monday morning at her home in this city at 4 a.m. The funeral was held from the Baptist church Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. McDowell, after which she was laid to rest in the Rock City cemetery.

Mrs. Claude Hall died at her home in this city the early part of the week. The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon. This bereavement breaks up one of the younger homes of the city, and thus calls for an especial degree of sympathy.

Obituary

Bessie Clark was born in Polk county, Iowa, October 4th, 1881 and died March 23d, 1903 after an illness of about two weeks. At the age of six she moved with her parents to Rocky Ford, Colo., at the age of thirteen she united with the Presbyterian church and remained a faithful member until her death.

In March 1900 she was married to B. C. Hall, of Winterset, and to them was born one child, Maybel, aged fifteen months. They came back to Winterset in 1900 have lived here ever since. Mr. Hall has the sympathy of the entire community in his hour of bereavement.

Note: Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
