Death of John Harrell

John Harrell died at his home in Scott township Sept. 3d. He was about sixty years of age and moved to this county twenty years ago. Funeral services were held at Zion church Thursday and interment in the Beardsley cemetery. Rev. L. E. Follansbee conducted the services.

John F. Harrell, of Scott township, died Tuesday, September 3rd, aged sixty-three years. Mr. Harrell was born in Indiana, and had been a resident of Madison county for twenty years. He leaves a wife and six children. The funeral services were held at Zion church at 11 a.m. Thursday and were conducted by Rev. L. E. Follansbee. The interment was at Beardsley cemetery.

Jno. F. Harrell died at his home in Scott township Tuesday, September 34d, 1901, at the age of 63 years. Deceased was born in Indiana and had been a resident of this county for 20 years. A wife and six children survive him and are joined by many warm friends and neighbors in mourning his loss. The funeral services take place at Zion church today at 1 p.m. and will be conducted by Rev. Follansbee. The remains will be laid to rest in the Beardsley cemetery.

Walnut Township

Died at his home in Scott township Tuesday, Sept. 3rd, John Harrell aged 63 years 8 months and 14 days. Mr. Harrell had been in poor health all summer. He leaves a wife and six children to mourn his loss. Eight children have proceeded him to the better world. His funeral services were conducted at the Zion church Thursday Sept. 5th by Rev. Follansbee of the Christian church of Winterset. The remains were interred in the Beardsley cemetery.
