The Grim Reaper

Mrs. Hites, who lived near the North ward school building, died suddenly Monday evening. Funeral services were held yesterday.

Mrs. Lydia E. Hites, an old and respected member of the Baptist church, died at her home Monday evening from an overdose of laudanum. The funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning by Dr. Murphy.
