Services held 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 13, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Osceola. Family will greet friends one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the church.
Interment will be at St. Charles Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be directed to his church or his family.

Charles Donald Willey, 44, of St. Charles died May 9, 2009, at Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 13, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Osceola with Bishop James Bair officiating. Burial was at St. Charles Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were handled by Kale Funeral Homes of Osceola and Truro.
Chuck Willey was born April 10, 1965, in Des Moines to Charles Franklyn and Mary Jane (Mullins) Willey. He graduated from Indianola High School, attended DMACC for one year and also received technical training through his work. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1986 to 1989. His marriage to Dana Marie Card took place Oct. 23, 1999, in Ankeny. Chuck was a welder for John Deere and a member of U.A.W. Local 450, of which he was currently serving as the union steward and also served on the veteran’s committee. Chuck was an assistant Cub Scout leader of Pack 119 in New Virginia and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandparents, Donald and Cleva Mullins.
He is survived by his wife, Dana, of St. Charles; his children — Nickolas Ray Glenn and Ricky Lee Glenn, both of Marshalltown, and Bradley Steven Yakle, Zachary Aaron Willey, and Isaiah Allen Willey, all of St. Charles; his mother, Mary Jane Graves (Glenn) of Des Moines; five brothers — Jimmy McDonald of Winterset, Jeff Willey of Indianola, and Dominic Willey, Fred Willey, and Charles F. Willey Jr., all of Oklahoma; and three sisters, Lucinda Norbom of Granger, and Kathy Palmer and Tina Vogel, both of Des Moines.

Charles Donald Willey, son of Charles Franklyn Willey and Mary Jane Mullins Willey was born April 10, 1965 in Des Moines, Iowa and passed from this life May 9, 2009 at Madison County Memorial Hospital at 44 years of age.
Chuck graduated from Indianola High School, attended DMACC one year and had taken technical training through his work. He served in the U.S. Army from 1986 - 1989.He was united in marriage to Dana Marie Card on October 23, 1999 at Ankeny, Iowa.
Chuck was a welder for John Deere and was a dedicated employee. He was a member of U.A.W. Local #450 where he was currently serving as the Union Steward and also served on the Veteran's committee. He was assistant Cub Scout Leader of Pack #119 in New Virginia and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Chuck's life revolved around his boys and their activities; he also enjoyed fishing, archery, woodworking, genealogy, raising chickens, Runscape and an online computer group.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandparents, Donald and Cleva Mullins.He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Dana Willey of St. Charles; children, Nickolas Ray Glenn of Marshalltown, Ricky Lee Glenn (Jenny) of Marshalltown, Bradley Steven Yakle, Zachary Aaron Willey, Isaiah Allen Willey - all of St. Charles; mother, Mary Jane Graves (Glenn) of Des Moines; brothers, Jeff Willey of Indianola, Dominic Willey, Fred Willey, Charles F. Willey, Jr.- all of Oklahoma, Jimmy McDonald of Winterset; sisters, Kathy Palmer (Jerry) of Des Moines, Lucinda Norbom (Jeff) of Granger, Tina Vogel (Dave) of Des Moines; 30+ nieces and nephews; one great niece; other relatives and many friends.
