Killed by Train.
Bert Simpson, Well Known in Winterset, Killed by Great Northern Train in Minnesota.

Word was received her yesterday morning announcing the death of Bert Simpson, of Cedar Falls, who was killed on Monday by a train on which he was employed by the Great Northern road in Minnesota.

Mr. Simpson, whose former home was in Cedar Falls, will be remembered here as the husband of Edna Wray, who died about tow years ago. Mr. Simpson is survived by a little son, two years old , and ... [unreadable]

ALBERT SIMPSON

Word was received here Tuesday morning of the death of Albert Simpson, who was quite well known here, who has been working on the Great Northern railroad in Minnesota. It is reported that he had caught his foot in the track and was run down by a train and instantly killed.

The body has been taken from Campbell, Minnesota, to Cedar Falls for burial on Friday. The details of the accident are unknown.
