GRANDMA EDWARDS
Grandma Edwards, living southeast of town, died on Friday of last week from the effects of eating canned corn.

Died -- At her home northwest of town, Friday night, April 7th, Mrs. John Edwards from internal inflamation.
Sarah V. Berry was born in Madison county, Iowa, Aug. 2nd, 1862, and was married to John G. Edwards, Sept. 8th, 1880. To this union nine children were born eight of whom still survive her, as follows: Edna, Lyle, Sherdie, Della, Frank, Patience, Tommy and the baby. The latter was one month old on the day of it's mother's death and four of the others are under the age of 13 years.
The funeral was conducted from the Christian Church by Rev. Sam Callison, who has preached the funeral sermon for five members of this lady's family. Interment took place at the Lorimor cemetery.
