Daniel Mulvihill died at this home in Lee township, Wednesday evening at 9:30 at the ripe old age of 87 years. The cause of his death was uriatic poison and other ills attendant of old age.

Mr. Mulvihill had been a resident of Madison county for about 46 years and had an extensive acquaintance throughout the east part of the county. He was an exemplary citizen and his death will be mourned by a large circle of friends.

He leaves four children, James and Father Mulvihill, Mrs. John Beach and Mrs. James Kelley. The funeral will be held at St. Patrick's on Friday at one o'clock p.m.

DANIEL MULVAHILL

Daniel Mulvahill, one of the oldest settlers of Lee township, died at his home Monday of this week. Mr. Mulvahill had been in feeble health for many years and his death was expected. He was a fine man and one of the most influential men in that part of the county. He was buried in St. Patrick's last Friday.
