St. Charles & Vicinity -

On last Friday, Mrs. Mary McKinney, the aged sister of the Carter brothers of St. Charles and Hanley, and of Mrs. J. E. Breeding, died at the home of a son southwest of Winterset. The remains were deposited in the Blair Chapel Cemetery by the side of her husband, James McKinney.

The deceased was a most estimable lady and in addition to six brothers and two sisters who survive her are two sons, James, at whose home she passed away and and J.C. of Hanley.

She had been in ailing health for many years and her surrender of life was not unexpected.
