Earlham, IowaLuella May Prohaska was born November 18, 1910 to H. C. and Ida May Walter in Lyons, Nebraska.
She attended Lyons Public School and graduated in 1928. She attended Wayne State Teachers college in Wayne, Nebraska.
She was baptized and confirmed in the Methodist Church at Lyons.
Luella was a past member of the UFW Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George, her parents; two brothers, George and Daved.
She is survived by brothers Milo of Lyons, Nebraska and Byron of Farmington, Michigan; one sister, Olive Porter of Payette, Idaho.
Luella passed away November 24, 1983.
Funeral services were held for Luella M. Prohaska on Sunday, November 27, 1983 at McKee Funeral Home in Earlham with the Reverend Eldon Cole officiating. Music was provided by Irene Cole, organist. Pallbearers were Beryl Kenworthy, Bill Hastie, Wayne Koboldt, Larry Arnburg, Wayne Fastle, Ernest Baiotto. Interment was at Earlham cemetery.
