Obituary

Mrs. Ada Palmer, wife of Dan Palmer, died Sept. 14, 1907, at the Methodist Hospital, after an illness of 15 weeks, Des Moines, Iowa, aged 39 years, 9 months and 28 days. She was a daughter of Wesley and Huldah Cox and was born in Earlham, Iowa, Nov. 17, 1867. She was married to Dan Palmer in Polk county, Iowa, Feb. 13, 1893. To this union were born two children; a son who died in infancy, and a daughter, Alice, who with her father are left to mourn the loss of a loving and devoted wife and mother.

The funeral services were conducted at the Christian Church at Carlisle, Iowa, by the Rev. Miller of the U. B. Church. She was also a faithful member of the Rebekah lodge.
