Wednesday, October 6, 1976Grace Betts, of Grimes, age 95, died Tuesday at Des Moines General Hospital.
Born in Winterset, Iowa, Mrs. Betts lived in Grimes for 75 years.
She was a member of US Spanish War Veterans Aux & Grimes Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a son Emmett, of Winterhaven, Fla.; a daughter, Pearle Betts, of Grimes; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at Brandt Funeral Home, at Dallas Center. Burial will be at the Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.
