Obituary

George Robert Nida, child of Mary Elizabeth and Lloyd M. Nida, was born October 20, 1932 in Madison county, Iowa, and passed peacefully away, March 6, 1943, at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. Emily B. Cly at Dexter.

On October 6, 1940 he was baptized by Rev. H. C. McMican of the Presbyterian church at Dexter. He was of a cheerful disposition, and a student of the fifth grade at Dexter.

He leaves to mourn his father of the United States army, two brothers Lloyd LaVern and Edward Dean of Dexter, grandparents, aunts and uncles and a host of friends.

His mother Mary Elizabeth proceeded him to the life beyond in August of 1937.
