WALTER H. SEIDLER DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Walter H. Seidler, member of a formerly well-known Winterset family died Sept. 18 at the U. S. Naval hospital in San Diego, Calif.

Mr. Seidler was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Seidler of Winterset. He graduated from Winterset High school, and served in the U.S. navy during World War I and World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a charter member and past commander of Fleet Reserve San Diego.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ruth M. Byrnes of Davenport and Mrs. Myrtle S. Warren of Washington, D.C.
