From East Peru

The little child of Jud Lee, which had been sick for some time, died on the 25th and was buried in the cemetery near Blair Chapel. Rev. Gardner preached the funeral sermon at the above named church on the 26th. Grandma Lee, of Hanley, and Susie Stone, of Sandyville, were at Mr. Lee’s at the time of the child’s death.

Note: Burial was made in Blair Chapel cemetery.
