Funeral services for Maxine Hamell, 65, will be held 10 a.m. Monday, November 29 at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola with interment following at Winterset Cemetery. Visitation will be today after 10 a.m. with the family present 6-8 p.m. Maxine was employed by C.D.S. in Des Moines for 26 years before retiring in 2003. Survivors include daughter, Ronda Davis of Van Wert; son, Ron L. Hamell Jr. (Mary Kay) of Indianola; brother, “Butch” Pearson (Carolyn) of Winterset; sister, Josie Moorman (Larry) of Des Moines; brother, Joe Pearson of Des Moines; sister, Mary Rychnovsky (Gene) of Osceola. Memorials to Osceola Eagles Lodge Aerie #3495.
