John Schmuck, formerly of this place and Winterset, died of pneumonia at his home in east Des Moines on Saturday night. Funeral on Tuesday from the residence of his father-in-law, Mr. J. D. Houlette, at Hanley. Burial in the St. Charles cemetery on Tuesday afternoon.
