Winterset Madisonian – June 29, 1897

Challie Lorimor, youngest son of the last A. W. Lorimor, of this county, died at Des Moines Saturday. The funeral services were held at Des Moines Sunday, and the remains brought to Winterset yesterday for burial. Deceased was about seventeen years of age. The family have made their home at Des Moines for several years.

The remains of Challis Lorimor were brought to Winterset from Des Moines for burial Monday.

Deceased was the son of A. W. Lorimor, who died some years ago and was buried here. He was 17 years old and died at the home of his widowed mother in Des Moines Saturday.

Note: Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
